You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.) You will receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your Product cost or replace it if you don't receive your order, it got damaged or was not as described in the product page. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
- Note: There are no refunds on shipping costs.
- Native clocks bedding sets are made to order, There are no returns for these items.
- In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 6-8 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us via FeatherEyesTribe@gmail.com and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & Returns will not be processed after 14 days. Thanks for understanding!
